Workflow Guide

Locate the Sweet Spot. This row represents the lowest property value you can run while remaining eligible for a waiver with the lowest possible LLPA hit.

Run your initial AUS. Enter the Target AUS Value (Buffered) into your system's Appraised Value field. This buffered number creates a safety net that protects your waiver if the loan amount increases slightly. (Note: The 'Exact Minimum' is the absolute floor required to stay under the LTV threshold).

Move down if needed. If the waiver is denied at the sweet spot, move down to the next eligible LTV tier below it (e.g., from 80% to 75%) and rerun your AUS.
